Order Cancellation Before Shipment

Eligibility for Returns

Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made products, special orders, or consumable items such as filter cartridges are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10-14 business days and credited to the original method of payment.

Refunds for Canceled Orders
For canceled orders, refunds will be initiated within 5-7 business days of the cancellation request, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is returned due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item). For all other returns, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
